Your tracks and photos
You start an order on a form, and you upload your tracks and photos on the page after it. I use them to make your poster and nothing else.
Four services each hold a part of your order. Tally holds the form's answers: your name, your email, the title of your poster, your note, and whether you're a member. Dropbox holds your tracks and photos. Notion holds the order record: your name, your email, what you bought and the dates. Stripe takes the payment on its own page, so your card number never reaches me.
Your poster is made on my own computer, with no analytics and no tracking. The only thing that leaves it is a request for public map data covering the area of your poster.
I delete your tracks and photos 90 days after your poster is delivered. Reply to any of my emails and I'll hold them for next year's poster. Email me and I'll delete them sooner. The order record and Stripe's record of the payment stay.
These pages
These pages set no cookies unless you sign in to the blog they live on. Ghost's built-in analytics counts each visit. It keeps nothing in your browser, and I see only totals: which pages were read, which sites sent readers, and what countries they came from.
The pages load fonts from fonts.bunny.net, scripts from cdn.jsdelivr.net and js.stripe.com, and images and video from storage.ghost.io. Each of those hosts sees your request.
Ghost hosts the pages and Fastly carries them. Both keep ordinary server logs.

Tecopa Plateworks makes a shaded-relief poster from your own GPS tracks. You start an order, upload your tracks, and I send a proof. Nothing prints until you say yes.
